Mathias Bjørge AS main goal is to produce the best of the best. Our workers are therefore one of the most important recourses. It is important for us to have close contact to the production, and to make sure everything is processed in the best way. The management in our organisation is therefore participating in the daily production work.

The communication is based upon trust and learning, through long lasting employee relations.

Mathias Bjørge AS have to make sure that the raw material we use in our production has a high quality. Quality products come from quality raw materials. Therefore our organisation wants close dialogue with our business relations. Building trust and a good environment for communication is highly prioritized.  

Communication to our customers is also a necessity. We want stable long term relationships, and building this is given a lot of time and emphasis on.

A platform of good communication and feedback on what we can do different, is decisive for us to make the perfect product.
